Dear Customer.
It´s a pleasure to greet you and at the same time inform you that our bank account of Citi with
which we currently work is not more available to receive payments. Maybe you will be able to
send a transfer, but for us is not going to be possible to process them and we will need to ask you
to request to the bank the refund.
In order to avoid delays and additional administrative process, we appreciate your support to
make the necessary changes and update the information with our bank account in HSBC as soon
as possible with the following data.
