Pillar 4: Resilience and Well Being

The stability of schools and students' accomplishments have also been correlated
to everyone's well-being and a sense of security in a stimulating atmosphere.

Disaster Risk and Management

In line with the campaign of the Department of Education (DepEd) in equipping

school children with the knowledge, proper attitude, awareness, and skills on what to
do in case of a natural disaster like an earthquake, Mt. View Elementary School never
fails to conduct quarterly scheduled earthquake drills every year. Even during the
pandemic, pupils were encouraged to perform the duck, cover, and hold in their houses
to continuously instill in them earthquake preparedness and the importance of keeping
safe amidst the pandemic.

for every opportunity to talk about how difficult the
pandemic is, and how “we all have mental health
struggles,” and need support.

In line with this, Mt. View Elementary School

with the title of “Helping Others Through Psychological
