The Purok -6 of Daywan, Claver, Surigao del Norte has basketball court to be
played by the youth and its people. Every Saturday, Sunday they play ball games for
them to improve their skills in ball games, Specially in Basketball & Volleyball. One of the
reason for them to not entertain the idea using or any activities involving of drugs and
for them to have sport hobbies. I, Ramil T. Escalada, a Barangay Kagawad of Barangay
Daywan & District Kagawad of Purok – 6 in collaboration with Purok – 6 Officials headed
by Purok Chairperson Leonardo J. Ladroma organize a Summer League Event where
youth of said purok will play Basketball & Volleyball in 4 Categories.

Players: BOYS & GIRLS of Purok – 6 Daywan, Claver, Surigao del Norte

Category 1: 10 – 15 years’ old

Category 2: 16 to 22 years’ old
Category 3: 23 to 49 years’ old
Category 4: 50 years’ old and above

Opening: March 12, 2023 Championship: April 1, 2023 1:00PM

Due to lack of fund of our purok and we do not know how where to get prices
and uniforms. I humbly asking your kind - hearted office for help for me to realize this
Summer League that constituents of Purok- 6 requesting.

Hoping for your generosity on this activity and your help will always be
remembered in our minds & in our hearts.
