1: Introduction
We conducted a survey to check consumer attitude towards product’s nutrition value and expiry date. Nutrition values of products are important
for human because it reduce the risk of some diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, and stroke, reduce high blood pressure, lower high
cholesterol, improve ability to fight off illness, improve ability to recover from injury.
It’s important to be aware that there are several potential harms that may occur from taking an expired medicine or one that may have degraded
because it was not stored according to the labeled condition. We took Nestle juice, chocolate and medicine products to conduct survey through
questionnaire that related to product’s nutrition value and expiry date. To see people do focus on these values when they are buying such
products.

4. Definition of Variables
Expiry Date:
The date on which something comes to an end, can no longer be used, or is no longer safe to be eaten

Nutritional facts:
A Nutrition Facts label lists the nutritional content, the serving size, and the calories for a recommended serving of a food product. This
helps consumers make the best decision on how much to eat, maybe when they want to eat this food, or how they can better balance their food
choices throughout the day.

6. Research Types
The purpose of this study to measure and explain the investigate consumer attitude toward nutrition value and expiry date of products. Thus the
research type we are approving in this study is explanatory and casuals study because in the theoretical model explain all the aspect of the
relation among the variables. This type of research helps to identify the cause and effect relationship between is study variables and their
relationship of nutrition value and expiry date of products.

7. Sampling Technique
This study will used simple random sampling to get questionnaire from consumers. A simple random sampling separated by a random sample
where the population is divided into identical groups called a line and a simple random sample is selected from each list. The results from the
strata are the combined to make people think. A side effect of this approach is that assumptions about mitigation presented by a framework can
also be mad

8. Data collection Techniques


According to parahoo (1997), “a research instrument is a tool used to collect data through different data collection methods. An instrument is a
tool designed to measure knowledge, attitude, and skills.” In this study, the survey will be used conducted the data by using the structured
questionnaire for data collection. This questionnaire will be adopted from.

9. Data Analysis Techniques


In data analysis, some of the best common methods of simplifying data are through manipulative the mean, percentage distribution, frequency
distribution, and so forth. More than that, researchers can also use SPSS to analyze quantitative data effectively. Data analysis initiates after the
data have been collected and processed. In this research, researchers have used some types of analysis to analyze the findings such as frequency
distribution; SPSS was used in this study to evaluate the outer model (measurement model) and the inner model (structural model). SPSS was
used to analyze the direct results of this study.

10. Analysis of Response rate


The purpose of descriptive analysis is a division of investigation, which is focus on summarization and description data that composed from the
inspection (Weiers,, 2008). This part is to provide analysis on the demographic appearances of the respondents that attained from the survey, and
used the analysis to make general observations on the data, such as gender, age group, qualification, marital status, and so on. The conclusions
and examination derived from the survey into the demonstration. The targeted 100 potential respondents received a total of 100 respondents
received a total of 100 responses, which reflects a response rate of 100% for the survey. The responses from the survey were analyzed using the
SPSS software embedded tool.

12. Conclusion
The relationship among food expiration and nutrition are first-class and is mentioned inside the context of studies on consumer. It is related to
food choice and patron demand, addressing questions of charge perception and the validity of willingness-to-pay measurements. Its miles
concluded that meals quality and protection are imperative difficulty. Despite the fact that the essential significance is given to the expiration
date and nutrition of the product, it can from time to time avoid interest. However, the expiration date and nutrition of the product is sincerely of
tremendous importance for the customer as per the survey.
