Assessment:
Abdominal obesity; dietary recall indicates ~3700 kcal intake per day and diet
high in fat, saturated fat, trans fat
Nutrition Diagnosis/Plan:
reduced physical mobility as a result of decreased exercise, as
evidenced by a high BMI.
High LDL-C levels indicate a risk of cardiovascular disease, such
as stroke.
