Human wellbeing: Human wellbeing is the recognition that everyone around the world, regardless of

geography, age, culture, religion, or political environment, aspires to live well.

Life expectancy: life expectancy is based on an estimate of the average age that members of a
particular population group will be when they die.

Fertility rate: Birth Rate: The total number of births in a year per 1,000 individuals. Fertility Rate: The
total number of births in a year per 1,000 women of reproductive age in a population

Literacy rate: The literacy rate is defined by the percentage of the population of a given age group
that can read and write.

GNI: Gross national income (GNI) is defined as gross domestic product, plus net receipts from abroad
of compensation of employees, property income and net taxes less subsidies on production.

GDP per Capita: GDP per capita measures the economic output of a nation per person. It seeks to
determine the prosperity of a nation by economic growth per person in that nation. Per capita
income measures the amount of money earned per person in a nation.

Migration: to move into or come to live in a region or community especially as part of a large-scale
and continuing movement of population compare out-migrate.

Socio economic impact: Socioeconomic factors —such as income, employment, housing, and
education—can affect a person's health. People who are disadvantaged in one or more of these
areas may have difficulty accessing health care, and this may in turn impact on their overall health
and wellbeing.

Socioeconomic impacts are typically defined as impacts to a community's self-definition,


culture and customs, language, and demographic characteristics, and related changes to its
economic base, main industries, employment patterns, and infrastructure.
