Divisions
- Consumer & Retail: our consumer & retail division will report on company deals within
the consumer staples, consumer discretionary and retail verticals. As the name implies,
companies in this industry either produce goods and services directly to consumers or
provide retailing services for these firms.
- Financials: our financials division will cover M&A deals involving brokerages, asset
management firms and fintech companies. The financial industry is quite broad in the
services it provides; brokerages facilitate trades in different markets, asset managers
gain fees when managing individuals/companies’ money and fintech companies design
technological tools that support other players in finance.
- Healthcare: our healthcare division will focus on two broad categories: healthcare
equipment and services (hospitals, medical devices companies and labs) and drug
producers (pharmaceuticals and biotech).
- Media: our media division will focus on reporting on the media, entertainment and
gaming verticals. Such companies derive their revenues from subscriptions and one-time
sales, and are increasingly reliant on their online sales.
- Technology: our technology division will report on M&A deals within companies that
provide software and hardware for individuals and businesses. These companies
produce technological devices rather than providing entertainment products and
services.
- Expansion Ideas: Industrials, Sports, Gaming (media), Real Estate, Energy (diff model),
Dividend Growth Model (commercial banks and insurance companies)
