company with amount of QR 300,000,000, my efforts with team figured out that
the timing of taking the Chairman's signature was improper, as the validation of
that chairman had expired.
• Swiss Credit Co.: As a legal counsel and Team Leader to revise many finance
agreements with Almana corporations, the agreements, in which achieved saving
values up to $450,000,000.
• Ford, Jeep, Lincoln, DODGE, and Peugeot: During boycott period between Qatar
and other countries, handled applying the Force Majeure condition properly, in favor
of Almana Group a local counsel to avoid terminating the Agency/ Dealership
Agreements, Automotive communicated with the concerned law firm in U.S, England,
and France, and attended meetings in this regard, to renegotiate concern to
amend the Agency Agreement terms in favor of Almana Automotive.

• Burgan Bank: As a legal counsel to revise many finance agreements with
foreign corporations, the agreement values were up to $650,000,000.
