Applications are invited from eligible candidates for hiring of following posts on
contractual basis, under National Health Mission, J&K (National Disease Control
Programmes) at Divisional Level/District Level for various Districts of Jammu Division.
The candidates who have already applied for these posts in response to this office
Advertisement Notice No. SHS/NHM/J&K/HR/5829-35 Dated: 13/07/2022 need not to
apply afresh, their eligibility /age shall be reckoned same as mentioned in the application
form.

Candidates should bring filled application form along with the self-attested photo copies
of the eligibility documents mentioned under terms & conditions to the office of Mission
Director, NHM, J&K at State Health Society, Nagrota, Jammu by or before 23 rd
March 2023.
Terms & Conditions:-
1. Preference will be given to the Candidates from the Concerned District. The District
Wise Merit List of the Candidates shall be prepared and the selection of the Candidates
shall be made on District merit. In case District candidate is not available then
Divisional Merit shall be considered.
2. For the posts of State Epidemiologist, State Microbiologist and Epidemiologist
(Assistant Programme Manager NTEP) the selection of Candidates shall be made on
Divisional merit.
3. Hiring will be purely on contractual basis, initial contract for hiring shall be upto
31st March of the financial year in which selection is made, and further yearly
 extension will be subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate/ approval of the
post by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
4. Application form shall be available on the official website www.jknhm.com which is the
only and authentic source of information with respect to National Health Mission, J&K.
This office shall not be responsible for inconvenience caused to anybody due to
misleading/ false information made available by any other source/website(s) purportedly
claiming to be associated with NHM, J&K, in any manner whatsoever, the last date of
submission of application forms is 23rd March 2023 and no application would be
entertained after the above mentioned date.
5. List of documents to be enclosed with the application form:
i. Date of Birth Certificate.
ii. Degree certificate of requisite Qualification.
iii. Marks sheet of all years/ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the
years of the required qualification for the post applied for.
iv. Copy of Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/ J&K
State Medical Council in case of Medical Graduates
v. Domicile Certificate.
6. Applications not falling in the prescribed criteria or without aforesaid documents shall be
rejected out rightly.
7. The tentative date of interview of the candidates, who will be shortlisted on the basis of
eligibility criteria is 3rd , 5th and 6th April 2023.
