• Who are my audience members?

- Who your audience is depends on what is on your data and analytics. You could know
who your audience members are by understanding their perspectives and see if they
understand the references you use to communicate. Thus, knowing your audience could
help you figure out what content or messages people care about.

• What characteristics do my audience members have?

- Your audience members should relate on the content or messages you are delivering,
that’s why it important to know the characteristics or your audience based on your data.
This includes the age, gender, education, background, and other categories. This shows
what is their interest and concerns toward to the data or content you have.

• What opinions and beliefs do they have?

- Audience opinions and beliefs could be the speaker’s motivation and expand its
knowledge about the content. it’s a speaker job to consider and respect their audience
opinions and beliefs. Understanding your audience provides you an insight this allows
you to develop and do better in delivering in that way you could convince them.

• What would they be interested in knowing more about?

- As previously mentioned, as a speaker you should know what your audience


preferences or insights about a thing. Make them relate to your message, make them
listen to your delivery and make them agreed on your opinion and beliefs.

• What do they need?

- One of the best ways to make your audience listen to you is, to say what they need to
hear. They need a speaker they can connect and relate with. They need a speaker who
has a deep insight about the message to learn something new. They need a speaker
who has an energy to caught up all the attention of their audience and they need a
speaker that can give them a more than just a presentation. They are looking for an
impactful and memorable experience,
