This is an island situated in the middle of Philippine Sea and inhabited by an ethnic group called
islanders. The island is called Lumba-Lumba which is the Tagalog for dolphin; since the island is
boast with several species of dolphins, along with other marine ecosystems such as, coral reefs,
species offish, crustaceans, and planktons. The island has several white sand beaches with small
huts that serve as accommodation. The islanders constructed a marine ecosystem-friendly port
that provides habitat for marine life, which makes the island accessible by boat and small ships.
The island has moderate infrastructures like the king‘s residence, small hotels and restaurants,
school‘s, market, and grocery stores, small roads, and a power plant that uses solar and wind as
its energy source are visible. Lumba-Lumba island has 400 acres of rain forest containing a
diverse species off lora and fauna. It is established as a national park named Gubat. The Gubat
National Park serves as beacon for conservation to provide fresh air, sources of food and
vegetation, and habitats for species.

Since the island has existing regulations about the proper waste disposal, they must first
observe in within the island that preferably must start with them as a constitution, down to the
locals up to the tourists. There must be a regulation in line with their constructed marine
ecosystem-friendly port in which serves as habitat for marine life since it has the potential of
going to be much more destructed. A policy to be implemented might be the bordering of
thearea wherein, if ships are anchoring, it must be in a distant manner to avoid the marine life
destruction and that the boats must not use excessive harmful chemicals that might be a
possible.
