apply sealent
Drill hole for boss Fix threaded boss *Screw pocket into boss to boss thread

½” BSPT threaded boss use M24 Spanner

Set up IQ Sensor Type

It is recommended to use SET for the setting of the sensor Thermistor (-30 °C to +110 °C, -22 °F to +230 °F)
type module. For all IQ2 series controllers with firmware
version 2.1 or greater, or IQ3/4 series controllers, the following Units: °C °F
SET Unique Sensor References should be used: Y Input type 1 (therm V)
E Exponent 3
Thermistor: Thermistor TBTI (-30 °C to +110 °C) U Upper 115 239
Thermistor TBTI F (-22 °F to +230 °F)

Alternatively set scaling mode to 5 (characterise) and enter P Points 20

3 Cleaning and Maintenance


There are no serviceable parts inside the unit. Cleaning of the
unit should be carried out in order to avoid buildup of dust or
other containments. Disconnect power before carrying out any
cleaning.

4 Disposal

WEEE Directive:
At the end of their useful life the packaging and
product should be disposed of by a suitable
recycling centre.
Do not dispose of with normal household waste.
Do not burn.
