bathrooms, along with a garage with a minimum size of
20m x 15m x 3m.

house is also durable and long-lasting. As we
know, Malaysia has scorching weather during
the summer, thus with high roof and concrete
material, the house's temperature would
maintain at an optimum level.

This house provides quite a substantial amount of
space and room, this will increase the commercial
values since most houses in Taman Jengka Impian
has less meter per cubic.
With a modern, slick and simple design, it would
definitely attract clients and customers and
increase its value compared to the traditional or
generic design in the residential area.
Modern homes with top-of-the-line amenities such
as smart home technology, energy-efficient
appliances, and luxury finishes typically have
higher commercial values than homes without
these features
Using long-lasting materials such as concrete and
asphalt, the house would be in good condition for a
very long time and maintain its commercial value
