On the basis of the inspection made by the WBNC inspectors on 20 th May, 2022 and as per the Section
23 of The Bengal Nurses' Act 1934, the undersigned is hereby releasing the PROVISIONAL PERMISSION for
starting new institute of Nursing (under Success Theory) for conduction of B.Sc.{Nursing) Course & General Nursing
Midwifery course both with 60{sixty) intake only from the academic year 2023-2024 only. Please note that the
issuance of Final Permission from the undersigned is subject to the permission of suitability from Indian Nursing
Council (INC) in relation to the same.

Please note that the above specified decision has been made by the executive members of the Education
& Examination Committee Meeting held on 25 th November, 2022 .
