GUEST LECTURE SUMMARY MSDM

The interactions and connections that occur between employers, employees, and representatives of
both groups in a particular workplace are known as industrial relations. It covers a wide range of
topics including labor law, collective bargaining, and worker-employer ties. Industrial relations
involve several key players who play key roles in the development and management of labor

governing the workforce and employees, and to enforce those laws and regulations. As a result,
organizations are also involved in developing their own rules for workers that fall under their
responsibilities. As a result, organizations have become one of the most important roles in the field
of industrial relations.
