Ingredients:

1 1/5 (kg) Rice

2 tablespoons garlic

1 tablespoon cumin

½ tablespoon pepper

Salt to taste

½ liter Oil

3 tablespoons Misto

1 chicken

3 tablespoons Sacha culantro and oregano ancho.

6 eggs

1 tablespoon Ground dried oregano

1 tablespoon Ajino moto

15 bijao leaves and straw

Preparation:

First cook the rice with little salt and less water than usual, because it does not have to cook much.

Then fry the misto with the garlic, cumin, pepper, ground oregano and then add the hen's meat,
stir and add water and let it cook.

After the rice is ready, let it cool, when it is cold add the juice where the chicken was cooked, add
the eggs and the dried oregano.

Blend the sacha culantro and the oregano and fry it in a pan with misto, cumin, pepper and garlic,
add this mixture to the rice.

Mix everything together and add salt and garlic. The bijao leaves are soasa.

Then place the bijao leaf, and then put on top a portion of rice, in the middle place the hen prey,
cover it with more rice and wrap it; tie it with the straw.

Then all the juanes are placed in a large pot and boiling water is added, it is cooked for 2 to 2 and a
half hours.
