Baked Pork Chop Rice

Ingredients (A) Ingredients (B)


Butter 50g Canned tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Plain flour 50g Ketchup 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 500ml
Other Ingredients
Cold rice (long-grain rice) 1 bowl Onion 1/2 no
Egg 1 no Tomato 1 no
Fresh pineapple many pieces Cheddar cheese 1 piece
Pork chop, marinated 1 piece

Steps
A. Prepare the roux sauce <Use Ingredients (A) & (B)>:
1. Melt the butter. Stir in the plain flour. Cook it until it becomes aromatic.
2. Turn off the cooker. Add tomato paste and mix well.
3. Add ingredients (B).

B. Prepare the sauce espagnole (classic brown sauce):
