I AM A FILIPINO, I AM UNIQUE, AND A PROUD ONE

The Philippines is one of the progressive and developed country, if not aiming to be. It is
called as the Pearl of Orient Seas having 7, 107 islands. It has wonderful places that has so much
to offer to the other countries. Well, Philippines can’t be called without its people. The
Philippines becomes the great country because of its great people called Filipinos.
A true Filipino is embracing the collective values inherited form their ancestors and
cultures embodied and seen to other places in the Philippines. Thus, a true kind Filipino does not
only a citizen f the country but Filipinos exudes characters and that what makes them unique.
Furthermore, Filipinos are known to have beautiful sceneries and bounded culture. But more
than that, what sets them apart from other nationalities is the resiliency of Filipinos. We are
bounded with courage and bravery that despite the overwhelming odds against Filipinos,
calamities encountered; we rise above the ashes and beautiful smile can be seen to them.
Nevertheless, we become stronger and beyond. Ans when Filipinos are wounded becomes
courageous.
Moreover, Filipinos take pride in the families. Our strong bond and ties with the family is
very strong. Our love, support, and care are inevitable and endless. In addition, the spirit of
kinship and camaraderie are visible and part of the established culture of the Philippines. Even
we don’t know each other we are still eager to help and support on another whether you are in
the Philippines or not. And I believe these things make Filipinos unique and beyond. However,
the most unique is the people, themselves. Our talents and skills stand out wherever we are and
shines within wherever we are in the world.
Truly, I am proud of to be a Filipino because I am UNIQUE. A unique talent that can be
proud of. A unique embodiment of cultures and traditions. And a unique characteristic that
seeing every Filipino ready to help each other is inspiring and enough to feel proud to be a
Filipino
