Processing a Return

in the Point-of-Sale
of AIOBO
FEBRUARY 2023
At times, orders may be denied at the end of the enrollment, or
the customer will change their mind. The agent must remember
to return the inventory in aiobo to accurately reflect inventory.

Log into aiobo and select “Point of Sale”

Then you will select ‘Return’ in your Point of Sale.


On the next pop up you will need to
enter one of the following 3, Enrollment
Number, Serial, or AIOBO Order number.
We advise using either the Serial or
AIOBO order #.

Enter the serial number and the order


number will populate, then select next.
On the next screen you will select ‘Return’
Confirm the IMEI is the correct one you
are returning, enter a note for the return
and select ‘Return’
On the next screen you will see a brief
summary of the return you completed.

Your return was complete.
