Key Responsibilities & Authorities

● Maintain the 5S on shop floor
●Maintain the discipline/ behavior and safe environment on shop floor
●Shift start up and set up confirmation
●check that Operators are working as per procedure. if any abnormality found.
Correct them
●Implementation of the standard and procedure OPL etc,
●Spare part and consumable part controlling
●Implemtation of action plan /improvement plan.
●Identified of training needs of operators and subordinates,
●Man power handling includes leaves and absenteeism
●Change control with in department
●Communication with supportive departments regarding daily needful activities.
●Monitor department KPI
PRINCIPAL ●Implementation of ISO IATF 16949:2016
RESPONSIBILITIES
●Impart training to subordinates as per training plan, skill map maping,Evalution
check and maintain
●Check the material aviliblites and insure the plan with ppc team
●Maintain the documents on daily basis.
●Maintain the inventory and Wip and FIFO
●Participationin diffrent projects and activites as per department needs.
●Non -Conferming products handling and control

●He will take care for the all works when juniors on leave.
