CITADEL TRUSTEE BERHAD (CTB) I-CITADEL GROWTH TRUST

Citadel Trustee Berhad ("CTB"), is a Malaysian independent private
trust company dedicated to the administration of trusts and other
wealth arrangements for individuals, family offices, businesses, and
foundations or cooperatives. CTB provides day-to-day investment
management for trust assets and enables clients to maintain their
relationship with their financial advisors for investment management.
CTB serves in an administrative trustee role making certain that trusts
are managed and distributions occur according to the terms of the
trust document.
Investment Objective
The Trust aims to achieve high capital appreciation through
distribution of consistent returns on a regular basis throughout the
tenure.
Investment Strategy
Funds from the investors will be used to invest in SMEs dealing in
alternative financing businesses ensuring that each placement has
undergone meticulous and comprehensive due diligence. In the
future, we may place funds in businesses in other industries.
CTB is raising funds by way of Shariah compliant instruments based
on Islamic Growth Trust offered for subscription to prospective
investors (collectively as “investors”) as provided under the Malaysian
Trustee Act 1949. The investors are offered with an opportunity to
invest in a structured trust investment with consistent projected
returns.

We believe that greater value can be found by looking at businesses and companies globally rather than limiting oneself to a single market.

It is in our opinion that there is a growing trend of a specialized private trust services needed in the market where investors are looking
to leverage on good returns whilst, having a stringent security in place to ensure their hard-earned money is well secured. Over the
years, there have been a significant influx of questionable offerings that have caused for the market to react unfavourably to the
financial services industry, specifically in the alternative space. Hence, the critical need for our private trust to create a hybrid
alternative fund, anchored on a robust risk management mechanism for protection of investment.

The Company’s competitive advantage of thoroughness of services offered as well as in-depth research will turn prospective clients
