 Participate in meetings with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-
users to document business requirements and goals.
 Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate design, development, and
testing.
 Support and resolve issues during QA and UAT cycles.
 Manage business stakeholder relationships throughout the projects.
 Review technical design documentation to ensure development is being built and tested
according to requirements.
 Recognize and adopt best practices in analysis, design, build, test design,
validation, and documentation
