An overview of our founder.

A notable Malaysian chef with over 30 years of


culinary experience. Starting from a 3rd commis
chef at Shangri La Hotel, KL to becoming the
private chef of YTL Corporation Mega Yacht & the
Executive Chef of Shook!, Starhill KL.

With all of the experience gained throughout the


years, Master Chef Ong wishes to share & pass
his skills and knowledge to the younger
generation.
