    We are writing in your good office with regards to Mr. Teddy A. Godoyo, enrolled of Jose Rizal University
    SY: 2008 - 2011. We are processing his documents for employment to Australia which require Mr. Godoyo an
    English Certificate that states he attended his class from year 2008 to 2011 and the medium of instruction of
    Jose Rizal University is English except on Filipino subjects, kindly refer on the attachment of this letter for
    the example of English Certificate.

    We are hoping that we could assists Mr. Godoyo as soon as possible and find the urgency of this request
