This is an application for bail pending determination of

Criminal Case No. 6 of 2021 filed at the District Court of
Dodoma at Dodoma against the applicant on charges of
economic crimes. The application has been field by Fred
Peter Kalonga, Advocate for the applicants.
During hearing, the applicants were represented by Mr.
Kalonga, a learned advocate, and the Respondent was
represented by Mr. Magiri, a learned State Attorney.

The learned advocate Kalonga prayed the Court to grant
the application since the offence for which the accused
persons are charged in the district Court are bailable. The
learned state Attorney Ms. Magiri raised no objection to the
application. As such the Court has determined the merit of
the application in according to the law and found that the
applicants have a right to be admitted to bail and
accordingly allow the application on the following
conditions;
l. The applicants to have two reliable sureties for each
who reside within Dodoma region. Each surety to
present introduction letter from respective Mtaa or
Kitongoji leader to the registrar, High Court Dodoma.
2. For the first applicant, each surety to sign a bond with
TZS 5,899,000/= to the High Court.
3. The first applicant shall deposit cash TZS. 11,799,000 to
the High Court, being half of the value of the property
framing basis of the charge against him. If the first
Applicant has no such chase deposit for TZS 11,779,000/=
he shall present any documents indicating ownership of
immovable property valued at TZS 11,799,000/=
4. For the second Applicant each surety to sign a bond
worth TZS 9,890,000/= to the High Court.

 5. The second Applicant shall deposit cash TZS 19,780,000/=
he shall present any documents indicating ownership of
immovable property valued at TZS 19,780,000/= to the
High Court, being half of The value of the property
forming basis of the charge against him. If the second
applicant has no cash deposit for TZS 19,780,000/=
6. Each Applicant to report to the Police station nearest to
his place of residence in Dodoma once monthly from
the date of this order.
7. Each applicant to surrender his travelling document or
passport (if any) to the District Court Magistrate Incharge
in Dodoma.
8. Each Applicant to seek permission from the Registrar of
the High Court Dodoma whenever he needs to travel
outside Dodoma Region.
