The document outlines a new payment scheme for sellers that will take effect on January 1st, 2023. It establishes several ranges for full-time and part-time (weekend) sellers based on monthly sales volumes and hourly averages. Sellers will receive a fixed rate plus a percentage of sales commissions, with higher fixed rates and commission percentages allocated to those with greater sales and hourly averages. Those with very low volumes or averages may still receive only a percentage-based commission without a fixed rate.
