    This Python code creates a simple GUI application with Tkinter. It imports functions from Tkinter and Tkinter.ttk to create a window. It adds a label with text and packs it to the top of the window with padding. It then creates a PhotoImage object from a file to use for a button image and packs a button with that image to the top of the window as well. It then runs the main loop.
