- The internet has taught me everything I know. Especially in today’s mode of

learning. We need the internet as our primary tool for exchanging information
and education with others. In fact, the internet is available to everyone and
allows you to do anything you want. The internet has its own libraries, Google,
and education, among other things. Lastly, it became easier to connect with
your loved ones who are not with you during this pandemic.

- I always use Microsoft Word and Google in my daily life as a student. These
applications can assist me in being more efficient in studying since they are the
basic requirements in today's learning environment. Microsoft Word assists me
in creating the necessary documents, journals, and presentations. I use Google to
look up the definitions of unusual words so that I may better understand the
questions. It also helps me in generating ideas for essays or homework by
providing me with suggestions on a given topic.

have reduced sales as a result of the pandemic. They can, however, get orders and

5. Computers perform many jobs that previously were performed by people. Will computer
based transactions and expanded e-commerce eventually replace person-to-person
contact? From a customer’s point of view, is this better? Why or why not?
- No, computer-based transactions and expanded e-commerce will never be able to
replace person-to-person contact. Computers don’t have the capacity to answer
follow up questions unlike a person-to-person contact. There will always be a time
when a computer fails to perform when it is most needed, which can be frustrating
for users. From my point of view as a customer, humans are no match with
computers in terms of working.
