SUBJECT: NO SATURDAY DELIVERIES.

WEEKLY MEETINGS ON SATURDAYS.

I am writing to inform you that all deliveries are disallowed during Saturdays and this day should only be
allotted to company meetings only. The meeting covers the update of the company's transactions to its book
and other important matters which need proper attention.

The meeting will start strictly at 9:00 AM and will be held at JOFRA warehouse at 1781 Dionesio Calbat St.,
Purok 4, Bolocboloc. All CEOs are expected to attend.

This is implemented starting March 25, 2023.
