Subject: Termination of Agreement

Dear Sir,

We refer to the engagement agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between 20cube
logistics pte ltd (together with its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (if any), the “Company”) and
Drake Star Securities LLC (“Drake Star”) dated July 8, 2021, pursuant to which Drake Star was
engaged as the exclusive financial advisor to the Company in connection with a proposed SPAC
Transaction (as defined in the Agreement).

We hereby give notice of termination of the Agreement effective as of [Termination Date]. From and
after the Termination Date, Drake Star shall have no further obligations or responsibilities to provide
any services to the Company.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, the termination of the Agreement shall
not relieve either party of any liability that accrued prior to the Termination Date, including any
liability arising out of the parties’ respective representations, warranties, covenants and
indemnification obligations set forth in the Agreement. Furthermore, neither party shall be liable to
the other party for any consequential, punitive, incidental or indirect damages arising out of or in
connection with the termination of the Agreement.

The full and final invoice prepared as per the terms of Agreement can be shared with Company
within 3 days from the date of this letter for review and payment by Company.

Please confirm your agreement to the terms of this letter by countersigning below and returning a
copy to us.

We are also attaching a draft of Termination Agreement for your review and consent. If this
Termination Agreement accurately reflects your understanding of the matters discussed, please
confirm to proceed with signing termination agreement.
