1. What does the public sector define as human behavior organization?


Public sector define human behavior organization as a result of interaction and influence of
different levels in the organization. It is the product of complex interactions among individuals,
groups, organizational factors, and the public environment in which all of this takes place.
Human behavior refers to the way humans act and interact. It is based on and influenced by
several factors, such as genetic make-up, culture and individual values and attitudes.

2. Why is human organization important in government administration?


Human organization is very important in government administration because they are the most
important asset in any sector as they share their capabilities and skills and work together as an
organization, and they interact to each other in many aspects and the environment of their work.
They ensure organizational success by contributing to the best of their abilities towards the
company's goals. It is significant to consider the employees' health and well-being and treat them
well enough, so they align their goals with the company's growth. Human organization
concentrates on making the most of the human resources that are at the disposal of the
organization and enhances the performance of employees to achieve the organization's objectives.

3. Why conduct is significant in public service?


Conduct is significant in public service because codes of ethics establish basic principles by
which public servants must abide, such as integrity, selflessness, and openness. A code of
conduct draws on the code of ethics to formulate standards and practices that should be applied to
the circumstances of an institution. A code of conduct sets out specific standards of professional
behavior expected in a host of situations and provides public officials with guidance for handling
them. In addition, codes of conduct bring transparency and public accountability into
governmental operations.

4. How does human behavior in organizations affect employees’ performance at work? What
is the nature of human behavior in organizations?
Human behavior in organization affects the employee’s performance at work and the individuals
who work together in an organization can also affect the performance of the organization as a
whole in a way that the productivity and the quality of their work may be affected through the
ways how each of the member in the organization act and if the employees who have good work
behavior tend to be more productive, work better with others, and follow safety rules more
carefully. This can lead to a more efficient and effective workplace overall.
