1. General
CONTRACTOR shall prepare and issue Weekly Progress Report and Monthly Progress Report for the
duration of the Contract.
The reporting requirements shall not relieve CONTRACTOR of its obligations to promptly report to
EMPLOYER any matters that significantly affect the completion of the scope of the Contract.
Ad-hoc reports and/or presentations may be requested from CONTRACTOR, as required by
EMPLOYER, to focus on a specific subject, e.g. action plans to overcome potential schedule problems
or recover progress slippage.
Formats and examples of each report will be provided to EMPLOYER for review. CONTRACTOR will
adapt his reporting to EMPLOYER needs and modify accordingly his reports and reporting tools
during contract execution.
For the purposes of both weekly and monthly reporting, all references to Plan herein are to the
Approved Contractor Baseline Schedule, and to Forecast – any Contractor Reforecast schedule.
The CONTRACTOR will ensure that all Sub-contractor package works are reported upon.

2. Monthly Report
The Employer will issue a Project Calendar to the Contractor within 30 days of Project Award.
This Project Calendar will show the monthly report progress cut-off’s which shall occur on a Friday to
align with a weekly progress cut-off.
The CONTRACTOR shall submit a Monthly Progress Report to the Employer by COB on the 5th
working day following the monthly report progress cut-off.

2.1. Format and Content


The monthly report will meet the following minimum requirements. It will contain a greater level of
detail than the weekly reports and provide in depth schedule analysis.
a) Executive Summary
 Narrative summarizing the highlights during the period including:
- Project Milestones achieved
- Key Decisions made
- Major Issues resolved
- New Issues identified
 Narrative summarizing Safety during the period including:
- Key Safety Statistics
- Narrative with respect to any major incidents / accident including any follow up
investigations and remedial action/follow-up
 Progress Summary – Table showing Plan vs Actual for Engineering period and
cumulative to-date plus narrative explaining including variance, remedial activities etc.
 Actual Manhour Summary – Plan vs Actual for Engineering / Project Management
 Brief description of significant achievements during the period
 Brief description of any critical activities in progress
 Brief description of any Critical actions which need either Contractor Executive
Management or Employer Action.

 Brief summary of activities accomplished during the period and to be accomplished the
following period.
 Summary of Manhours worked by Office / Contractor
 EHS Safety statistics including:
- Loss Time Incident
- Restricted Work Case
- Medical Treatment
- First Aid Case
- Near Miss Incident
- Property Damage
- Fire
- Traffic Accident
- Environment Pollution
 Detailed description of all LTI’s, accidents, incidents, environmental etc
c) Headcount and Hours
 Period / Cumulative Headcount and Manhours – Plan / Forecast (if applicable) / Actual
for each Engineering Discipline / Office, Project Management
d) Engineering
 Deliverable Status – Plan vs actual by Area / Discipline / Type
 3D Model Tag Status
 TQ / RFI Status
 Drawing office activities in general
 An updated copy of the Master Document Register (MDR)
 A list of the activities forecast to be performed during the next month
 A detailed description of the engineering status with number of documents produced
during the month for each unit to be monitored, including:
- Production of drawings to IFC status
- Clearance of holds
- Shop drawings
- Manuals
- Calculations
- Subcontractor drawings;
e) Project Controls
 A brief narrative covering planning and progress during the period including variance
analysis for Milestones and major activities.
 A brief narrative of the upcoming Milestones and Activities in the coming period
 Engineering Progress tables by Major Commodity and Area / Facility
 Complete summary of all Contract Milestones Plan / Forecast / Actual
 Complete summary of all Works Milestones Plan / Forecast / Actual as agreed between
the CONTRACTOR and Employer that require monitoring
 Complete summary of all major interim milestones
 Listing of Overdue milestones and upcoming milestones in the next 90 days
 Progress Curves showing both headcount (monthly average) and % complete both
period and cumulative for each major commodity as defined on the Quantity Unit Rate
Report.
 Level 1 Schedule
 Level 2 Schedule
 Level 3 Schedule (electronic *.xer and pdf)
 Forecast monthly expenditure curve
 Forecast monthly cashflow curve

(vertical bar) and cumulative % complete (line)
k) Appendix C – Commodity Forecast Report by facility
l) Appendix D – Engineering Deliverable Manhours and Headcount Curves for each
Engineering Discipline Plan / Forecast / Actual
m) Appendix E – 3D Model / Engineering Tag Detailed Closeout Listing
In addition, additional supporting documentation including but not limited to those referenced
above may be requested to further support the monthly report including breaking down the above
appendix by Area / Facility.

3. Weekly Report
This CONTRACTOR Weekly Report progress cut-off shall occur on a Friday.
The CONTRACTOR shall submit a Weekly Progress Report to the Employer by COB on the 2nd
working day following the weekly report progress cut-off.
The Weekly Report shall include the following:

above may be requested to further support the weekly report.
