1. What were the various kinds of team conflicts?

 There are various types of team conflicts. The first one is the Task-based which is
when one or other members did not accomplish their part. Second is the Leadership
conflicts that is about differences in leadership style. The next one is work style that
focus on each member difference in accomplishing the task. And the last one is
Personality clashes that talks about differences in personality of each members.

2. What qualities must team members possess in order for them to succeed?

 Commitment to common objectives.

 Defined roles and responsibilities for each person in the team.
 Effective decision systems, communication and work procedures.
 Good personal relationships between team members.
 Increase their appreciation of each other.
 Having a positive attitude and kind word for everyone.
