•Research of internal channels (quantitative and qualitative), for the evaluation and development of

About me:

Unconventional Communication professional, passionate about numbers, metrics and


planning. Against data there are no arguments!

I was an intern who answered to a director and that matured me a lot. That same director
guided me and as a Jr analyst, I organized large participations in O&G, Electrical and
Environmental fairs.

I have already helped the population of the state of Rio de Janeiro to pay less on bus fares
and create laws to prevent sexual abuse in public transport, during the period I worked at
ALERJ - Legislative Assembly of the state of Rio de Janeiro. I defended the Civil Police class
as if I were one in my communication path in the Civil Police Union.

I've already led the 1st campaign of a large company towards the GPTW seal and I've also
done a lot of social work in the Sertão of Brazil. Today, I work for the largest integrated
port and maritime logistics operator in Brazil and I help internal communication to read
data strategically to engage our employees.

Regardless of my chair, I am a lifelong learner. All my personal and professional experiences


have made me an expert in serving people in the best way with what I know how to do.

During this journey, I continue to get to know myself, evolving my soft and hard skills,
learning about communication, marketing, relationships, leadership, employer branding,
diversity and new technologies.
