This is information about how to create Aspen account on the Aspen portal for supporting your
training at EC-Council and accessing your training (Courseware, iLabs, etc) from the Aspen
portal. You must create the account before the training started.
Please follow the step for creating Aspen account.
1. Open https://aspen.eccouncil.org/ on your browser, navigate to Register link on top right of
the page

2. Please fill up the register form with your data

a. Username : Your username for logging in to Aspen porta (the username should be 10
character long)
b. First Name & Last Name : Your first name and last name. Beware with this section
(capitalization, etc). (e.g. Your name is Muhammad Doni Pradana, First name :
Muhammad, Last name : Doni Pradana.)
c. Email address : Your active email address (recommended personal email)
d. Password : Your password (password length should be 8-20, consist a lower-case, an
upper-case, a number, and special character)
e. Confirm password : same as above
f. Mobile number : fill this section with your active mobile number (mobile number will be
use for 2 factor authentication when logging in to Aspen portal)
g. Checked on “Become an EC-Council Community Member for free and gain access to our
latest research, articles, newsletters offers and product updates”
h. Checked on “I agree to Terms of Use and Privacy Statement”
i. Finish your robot test
j. Click on Submit button
k. Your process of creating account has been done, check your email for upcoming
information(confirmation) and please activating your account aspen then you will
automatic direct to https://aspen.eccouncil.org after that you can used it.
