UNDERTAKING BY THE CONTRACTOR

1. I/We have read the Tender conditions including the General Terms and
Conditions of the contract given in tender document. I/we agree to abide by the
same.

2. I/We agree to keep this tender open for acceptance for a period of 180(One
Hundred Eighty) days from the date fixed for opening of the techno-commercial
part, i.e., Part I of the tender and in case the tender is not finalized within the
validity period and the contract, if awarded, is not accepted.

3. I/We understand that my/our Earnest Money Deposit submitted along with the
tender will be liable for forfeiture under non-compliance of purchase order, if
placed and other legal action as per law would be taken.

4. Until successful execution of purchase order, acceptance of this tender shall

constitute a binding contract between us subject to modifications, as may be
mutually agreed between us and JUUNL.
