medical operations to repair injury to a person’s skin, or
to improve a person’s appearance

wrinkle /ˈrɪŋkl/
a line or small fold in your skin, especially on your
face, that forms as you get older

look weird and unnatural.
Carol: Hey, I thought you were my friend and would support me on this!
Amy: I like you the way you are! And plastic surgery hurts!
Carol: What? Really?
Amy: Yeah! When I got my nose job, I was black and blue for a week!
