Dear Sir,

As per your request, we are pleased to submit our offer as under for your valued consideration-

1. TASK TO BE COMPLETED – Painting as following:-

 1) Project Location – GFL, Gujarat

 2) Manpower – Rope Access team with Welders and gas cutters
 3) Project start date – May 2023
 4) Tentative duration – 1-2 weeks
 5) Onshore or Offshore – Offshore
 6) Height that needs to be accessed – Within 100
 7) Asset to be worked upon – Tower
 8) Task – Welding, gas cutting for ladder and platform works
 9) Repair cost for ladder and platform – INR 11,50,000
 9) Idle days – INR 50,000 per day
 10) Mekanchi Scope – Manpower, access material, safety guidelines
 11) GFL Scope – Welding & Cutting equipment, all consumables

All Rope Access tasks to be carried out by IRATA technicians using Mekanchi’s IRATA approved Rope Access procedures.
All the rope access equipment to be used will be certified by an IRATA level 3 technician, as per IRATA norms. There
maybe some inaccessible locations due to non-availability of rigging points or stress in structure, and in such cases,
alternate locations will be completed after discussing with the client.

Terms and conditions:

1. Taxes : GST Additional
2. Working hrs. : 9 hours quoted per day including lunch time
3. Validity : 30 days from the date of this quotation
4. Idle Days : Idle days due to reasons not attributed to Mekanchi to be charged as above
5. Client Scope : Work Permit, Report Format, Project control & management,
5. Payment terms : 100% payment upon completion of work within 30 days
4. Bill calculation : Each day to be counted under either working or non-working slab
