OSTRICHE is a Moroccan agricultural cooperative group specialized in ostrich

breeding, field seeds and vegetable seed. the group’s Subsidiary is in


ADEKHSAL, a region located 30 km from KHENIFRA , and the Parent company
is located Casablanca, our group also developing its activities abroad.

OSTRICHE was founded in 2020 by an ESITH student named ACHAQ YAHYA


he got the idea for the business when he was watching a documentary about
farmers and he felt a sense of belonging to his field. and after several years of
reflection in 2020 he decided to launch his business with a very small cooperative

Very quickly, the cooperative became involved in research and innovation in


agriculture, devoting 10% of its turnover to it.

In 2021, the cooperative will have sales of almost 100 million, with a net profit of
40 million.

OSTRICHE employs more than 50 people. The cooperative has nearly 100 farmer
members and nearly 55 employees.

Products of the ostrich farm: field seeds and vegetable seed Sale of canned goods
100% ostrich, ostrich meat under vacuum (pavé, roast, steak marinated with
shallot, tournedos, fondue, bourguignon, sausage, brochette, ...)

We propose gastronomic products "Ostrich" such as terrine, meat, eggs...

But also, products of local producers like wines, rabbits, ducks, deer, herbal
infusions, honey, salt, ...

Concerning the full eggs, The periods are about February, March, end of
September, October depending on the weather.

the target market of the breeding activity are the slaughterhouses, firstly and the
supermarkets secondly

The breeding business employs 30 people and generated 60 million in sales.


The Target market of Vegetable seeds are the professional markets of vegetable
growers and canners .

The field seeds, vegetable seeds and cereal products business employs 20 people
and generated 30 million in sales.

Our Investment plans for 2023 :

-increasing turnover by 10%

- reducing employees by 5%

- targeting new customers

strategy.
