Choice entry for research center/research supervisor link is mainly for candidates to choose their
supervisor. Candidate need to visit the website with following

RESEARCH SCHOLAR DETAILS: Once the candidate’s clicks on research scholar details,
below page will appear. In this page candidate can enter their details & click on save option. The
candidate can also edit/modify the details entered.

NOTE :

1. Category: The candidate who has not specified the various categories previously those candidates
need to specify the category.
2. In case you have acquired MCA MBA degree: This option is only visible for the candidate who
has registered under MCA, MBA degree.
3. Address of the place where you are employed : This option is only visible for the candidate who
have chosen part time Ph.D. .

RESEARCH SUPERVISOR DETAILS: In this module the candidate must enter all the
required details including selecting their research supervisor / co-supervisor and click on save
button. The candidate can also edit/modify the details entered.

NOC UPLOAD DETAILS: : In this webpage candidates needs to download the NOC with
respective choice entry of research supervisor/co-supervisor and upload the same with prescribed
format[scanned copy in .pdf format].

NOTE : The candidate who have taken co-supervisor have to submit the separate NOC obtained
from research center and organization in their respective letter head (Both the formats are
provided in the single sheet, downloaded it from the given link).

PREVIEW DETAILS: Here the candidate can preview the application. As shown in the below
Figure 7 and click on submit option.

Once the candidate submits the application, the candidate can take final printout of the details
submitted by the candidate. As shown in the below Figure 8.
