I am very interested in applying for the ICT Technical Support Staff role that I have seen
advertised by Ms. Ronalyn Geyrozaga Alcain in her facebook account yesterday. I am confident
that you will find my relevant educational background, 3 years experience as a maintenance staff
at Bhev’z Internet Cafe at Basak, Pardo, across USJR, and my worthwhile personal experience
from then on up to present of accepting at home or office services for both repair and
maintenance of a wide variety of desktop PC units, laptops, and printers, and troubleshooting
software issues of the same qualify me and make me a strong candidate for this position.

I hold a diploma in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology major in Computer Technology

at Cebu Technological University- Argao Campus. I am an organized person who works in a
very methodical manner. During my 3 years of experience working at Bhev’s Internet Cafe, I
was able to polish my skills and have had the opportunity to improve my knowledge in data
collection, record keeping, equipment repairs, installations, and troubleshooting, problem-
solving, computer diagnostics, hardware and software maintenance, customer service, flexibility,
patience, and time management.

Aside from developing my technical skills, I also had the chance to work directly with some of
our clients. I understand the value of building a trusting relationship with the clients. I appreciate
challenges at work and meet them head-on. I can very well work on my own but I also know the
importance of being a team player.
