OREO TRUFFLES

INGREDIENTS
252 grams of oreo cookies
95 grams of cream chease
1 cup of chocolate
PROCESS
1°Powder the Oreo cookies in a blender
with everything and stuffing. Separate a tablespoon and reserve

it for decoration.
2°All the remaining cookies mix them with the cream cheese

with your hands until you get a dough.


Form tablespoon balls and put them in the freezer for 15

minutes.

3° Once the truffles are cold, put the white chocolate in pieces

in the microwave for 15 seconds, take it out, mix and put it back

in for 15 seconds; and, like this, put it in and take it out for 15

seconds at a time until it melts completely. Insert a fork into a

truffle and dip it into the chocolate to completely cover it, but

stopping it with the fork. Prepare a plate with aluminum foil and
there carefully remove the truffle from the fork and let it fall on

the aluminum foil.


4°Quickly, before the chocolate dries, sprinkle a little bit of the

cookie powder that you reserved in the first step.


Put them in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
