Tips & Tricks

- Make a high quality photo of your ID, showing all four corners and make sure that all the data is
visible.
- Make sure that there is enough light and your face is clearly visible, while you make a selfie
video. Do not make a video while being in the dark surrounding. Do not let your hair, clothing or
any other objects cover parts of your face.
- All the data in your ID should be written with Latin alphabet letters. Do not use IDs that contain
letters from other alphabets (Cyrillic, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, etc.)
- If you experience technical problems during verification, use another browser or device.
