Cơ cấu tổ chức

Cơ cấu tổ chức của công ty gồm đại hội đồng cổ đông, hội đồng quản trị, ban
kiểm soát và tổng giám đốc. Hiện nay hội đồng quản trị của Vingroup có 9
thành viên gồm 1 chủ tịch, 5 phó chủ tịch. Trong đó 2 phó chủ tịch là vợ và em
vợ ông Phạm Nhật Vượng, cùng với 3 thành viên HĐQT độc lập.

Năm 2002 ông Phạm Nhật Vượng đã được bầu vào Hội đồng quản trị
Vingroup. Sau đó 9 năm ông chính thức giữ chức Chủ tịch HĐQT cho đến nay.
Tính cả trong & ngoài nước ông đã có vô vàn thành tích kinh doanh đáng nể. 

Chính ông là người sáng lập, phát triển 2 thương hiệu Vincom và Vinpearl vô
cùng thành công. Ông Phạm Nhật Vượng đã giữ vị trí người giàu nhất 4 năm
liền trong sàn chứng khoán Việt Nam. Hơn nữa còn là người Việt đầu tiên
được công nhận là tỷ phú thế giới bởi tạp chí Forbes.
