SUB: REQUEST FOR CLOSURE OF LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER –

Dear Sir,
With reference to the subject above we request you to please note that we
are in receipt of your letter dated 21.03.2023 wherein we do understand
your concern in regard to our One Time Settlement Plan as we had provided
in our previous letter dated 18 th March 2023 wherein a full and final
settlement plan of Rs. 1, 00, 00, 000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) for the
above-mentioned Loan Account Number was provided to be settled.
However, you have mentioned in your letter that such an amount is not
suitable from your end against the outstanding dues as mentioned in your
letter amounting to Rs. 2, 79, 39 642.00/- (Rupees Two Crore Seventy-
Nine Lacs Thirty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Two).
However, we request you to please note that as per our Statement of
Accounts till Feb 23’ as provided from your end, the current outstanding
amount as mentioned therein is Rs. 2, 01, 40, 097/- (Rupees Two Crore
One Lac Forty Thousand and Ninety-Seven Only) as outstanding
principal amount is due against us.
Therefore, we request you to kindly clarify and revert us back the aggregate
outstanding final dues payment amount and also kindly provide an
amicable resolution plan for your end also. So that we can come to an
amicable resolution for the above loan account which will be beneficial for
both of us in the future.
