The Sub-Lessee has executed separate agreements namely Maintenance Agreement and Electricity Supply Agreement of the said Project, thus the Sub-Lessee shall be bound by all the covenants and conditions therein. That the up-keeping and maintenance of the project “Palm Olympia” shall be carried out by the Maintenance Agency till it be handed over to the A.A.O.
