CONSTITUTION 

Homework:
Rights:
1.The teachers must put a limit number of two homeworks to deliver per day, they
cannot put three or more homework to the students to deliver on one day.
2.The teachers cannot put homework for the next  day, they must wait at least two
days to put in homework.
Duties:
1.It’s a duty for the students to deliver all the homework at the stipulated time and
with a good quality, on the contrary, the work will have some sanctions on their
work grades.
2.The reading plans don’t count as homework, so it’s a duty for the student to read
it when the teachers say it, and for example the teacher can put  two the students
two homeworks, plus one reading for a day.

Support:
Rights:
1. Students, teachers and the rest of the faculty must never be denied access
to the institution’s aiding facilities when there is clear evidence that they are
needed. This includes psychological and mental support provided by the
school’s psychologists and medical attention under supervision of the
school’s nurse. Medical attention is not the institution’s responsibility if the
student is receiving lessons remotely
2. Students shall have prioritized their well-being, and are allowed to leave the
premises if they present symptoms of sickness, both for their safety and for
the rest of the students’. Students have the right to ask for any further
explanation about any topic to their respective teachers if the students deem
it necessary for their learning process
Duties:
1. Students mustn’t misuse the school’s facilities to get out of lessons,out of
school programmed activities or for any other purpose that isn’t the
intended. Doing so will result in sanctions and punishments
2. Students must inform if they are having difficulties with their lessons to get
the help that is stated in the 2nd support right. Misunderstanding the lessons
cannot be used as an excuse for low performance, since these extra
explanations are being provided.

Learning strategies:
Rights:
1. Classes should be interactive and fun for the students to absorb as much as
they can in each session 

2. Each of the students will have the same opportunities, but the way they
utilize these opportunities is up to the students.
Duties:
1. If students are having trouble with the teaching strategies of the teacher for
X or Y reason, it's the duty of the students to talk to the teacher about it.
However, if the student request is not acceptable according to the
constitution and rules of the school, the teacher shall continue doing the
same as always. 

2. Students should not use incorrect manners in the school facilities, it is their
responsibility to use them for the sake of learning and not playing.  the
students should take advantage of the school facilities by learning and
utilizing them well. 

Free time:
Rights:
1: The students would have a break of 30 minutes and 50 minutes for the lunch
time
2: The weekends would be free time for the students and wouldn't be use as
academic days
Duties:
1: The students after the break must arrive on time to their classes and be
prepared for them. 
2: During the students free time in the school ( Break and Lunch), they must have
to respect the rules already mentioned in this document.
