Rainbow After The Rain

The bad times will pass,

The good times will come.

When you feel like giving up,

And you can’t seem to stand,

Remember, there is always a rainbow after the rain.

In times of sadness and pain,

I am here, a shoulder to cry on.

Do not be afraid, I will listen and stay.

You cry, and I will wipe those tears away,

We will smile and forget the raging storm.

It’s okay to cry and let it all out,

Your feelings are valid, and so are you.

Life might not be in your favor.

But I know you can get through this,

As long as we have each other.

Breathe in and breathe out.

We all need to take a break sometimes,

We are carrying heavy sacks of agony.

But, the rain always stops, and dark clouds always pass.

Let us wait for the rainbow after the rain.

A Man’s Bestfriend

I was once a lonely soul,

Living in a very chaotic world.

Hoping and finding something to fill,

My wandering and aching globe.

Then, I met a silly and cute lover,

He is the best friend I could ever ask for.

That created a big difference in my life,

The one I can talk to and cry to.

I love the comfort you offer,

I knew that I could trust you.

You cheered me up when I was down,

With you, I became stronger.

We loved to play ball,

Chasing it down the hall.

Why is it that good things,

Never seem to last?

Through the times you stayed with me,

You made me the happiest person.

We created lots of memories,

And stuck with me through my struggles.

I will never forget, the times we spent,

The best friend anyone could get.

Just know that I miss you,

I love you, my beloved best friend.
