MIN 1/21/2023 –OPENING
The meeting was called in order at 6 pm by the executive chairman – Francis V. Kimani He
welcomed all officials present and opened the meeting by leading us with a word of prayer.
MIN 2/21/2023 – CHANGE OF BANK SIGNATORIES
Francis V. Kimani brought into attention the agenda of the meeting which was to change the
previous bank signatories to new signatories. Where the officials present agreed.
He also brought into attention that Mr George Wachira who was the treasurer , submitted his
resignation letter as the treasurer due to his health issues. Hence in need of an urgent treasurer.
Margaret King’ei was proposed as the new Treasurer to replace him.
The above people being the board of Faith Embassy Sacco hereby resolved to change the
signatories from;

4. David Ndiang’ui
