My company is Saputo, and I would like to assess Saputo ability to expand into Germany. I
would like to assess Saputo's ability to expand into Germany because it is an important and po-
tentially lucrative market for dairy products. Saputo is one of the leading dairy processors in
North America, and it has been successful in other international markets. By assessing Saputo's
ability to expand into Germany, we can gain insight into how successful it could be in the Ger-
man dairy market, and how it could best position itself for success. This could also provide valu-
able information to Saputo's investors, as well as its customers and suppliers, about the potential
for success in the German market.
